The Ebène Quartet: Golden chamber music with a catchy magnetism (Toronto Star)
Hot young things of the chamber music world, the Ebène Quartet from France, finally made their Toronto debut at the University of Toronto's Monday-night chamber music series at Walter Hall. They arrived with their first violin replaced by American pianist Orion Weiss, and, even with a program that was cobbled together at the last minute, managed to blow away the audience.
